The Arena is a timed paper in your exam's format. The CAP366 mid-term mock, for example, is 30 questions in 90 minutes. No hints and no XP. When time is up, you review every answer.

Ask Zo when you are stuck
Zo answers from Gyanrush's own notes for your course and shows which topic the answer came from. When the notes do not cover something, Zo tells you instead of guessing.
explain system calls
A system call is the programmatic interface by which a user program requests a kernel service. Executing it triggers a trap: the mode bit changes to kernel mode, the kernel service runs, and control returns to user mode.
From CAP366 · System calls
CAP366 notes · Unit 1
- System call = trap into the kernel for a service
- APIs wrap system calls (printf -> write)
- fork creates, exec replaces the image, wait collects
Key points from the Gyanrush note
Demo: answers here are replayed from Gyanrush's notes. In the app, Zo writes the answer from the same notes.
