Delete your Gyanrush account

Gyanrush accounts are either anonymous or signed in with Google. In both cases you delete the account from inside the app, and that removes everything we store for it, including your sign-in record.

Delete it in the app

1. Open Gyanrush and go to Settings.
2. Scroll to Sync and tap "Delete my account".
3. Confirm. Your account and everything stored on our servers is deleted right away: answers, XP, streak and review schedule.

What gets deleted

All of the data described in the Privacy Policy that we keep on our servers for your account. Progress stored on your phone stays until you reset it in Settings or uninstall the app. Daily totals per topic that contain no personal data and no question text may remain in anonymous form.

If you no longer have the app

Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Gyanrush account" and the account identifier shown in Settings, Sync on a device that still has the app. We cannot find an anonymous account without that identifier. We will delete it and confirm within 30 days.
