Gyanrush Terms of Use

Last updated: 8 October 2026

These terms cover your use of the Gyanrush app and website. By using Gyanrush you agree to them. Gyanrush is run by Alok Kashyap, India.

What Gyanrush is

Gyanrush is a free study aid: practice questions, notes, revision schedules and an AI study helper called Zo. It is not a school, a tutor of record or a source of official answers.

Not affiliated with any university

Gyanrush is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Lovely Professional University or any other institution. Course names and codes are used only to tell you which syllabus a topic belongs to. Questions and notes are written for Gyanrush by us and are not official university material.

Accuracy

We check our questions and notes carefully, but mistakes can happen, and Zo is an AI that can be wrong. Use Gyanrush alongside your textbooks and teachers. We do not promise any exam result. If you spot a mistake, use "Report a problem" in the app.

Your account and age

You can use the app without an account. Saving progress to an account, and talking to Zo, are for people aged 18 or over. You are responsible for what you type to Zo and for keeping your device secure. Accounts have no email or password, so a lost account cannot be recovered.

Fair use

Do not abuse, harass or try to break Gyanrush or Zo, scrape its content in bulk, bypass its limits, or use it to do anything illegal. Zo may answer abuse in kind and will stop replying for the rest of the day after repeated abuse. We may limit or remove access to anyone who harms the service or other people.

Our content

The questions, notes, design and code of Gyanrush belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own study. You may not copy, resell or republish them. Open-source fonts used in the app keep their own licences.

Free service, no warranty

Gyanrush is provided free and as is. We may change, pause or end it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using it or from it being unavailable. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction.
